This Privacy Policy explains how Rush Business Suite (“we”, “us”, “our”), operating the website rbs.wppip.com and related applications (the “Service”), collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information. It applies to visitors, account holders, and the users they invite. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

1. Who we are

Rush Business Suite provides a cloud-based business management platform. For personal data that we process to run our business and provide the Service to you, we act as a data controller. For data that our customers store and process about their own customers and staff within the Service, our customer is the controller and we act as a data processor on their behalf.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

Account & profile: name, email address, phone number, business name, and password.
Billing: subscription plan, billing name and address, and transaction records. Full card numbers are handled by our payment processors, not stored by us.
Business data you enter: products, inventory, sales, purchases, customers, suppliers, employees, and financial records you choose to store in the Service.
Communications: messages you send us for support or enquiries.

Information we collect automatically

Usage & device data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, and actions taken.
Log & security data: sign-in activity, timestamps, and diagnostic logs used to keep the Service secure and reliable.
Cookies & similar technologies: as described in the Cookies section below.

3. How we use your information

to provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Service;
to process subscriptions, payments, and renewals;
to authenticate users and prevent fraud and abuse;
to provide customer support and respond to your requests;
to send service, security, and administrative notices, and — where permitted — product updates you can opt out of;
to analyze and improve the Service; and
to comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4. Legal bases for processing

Subscription payments are processed by third-party payment providers. When you pay, your card and payment details are collected and processed directly by the payment provider under their own security standards (including PCI-DSS) and privacy policies. We receive limited information such as the payment status, the last digits of the card, and billing metadata needed to manage your subscription. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as follows:

Service providers that help us run the Service — such as hosting, payment processing, email/SMS delivery, and analytics — under contracts that require them to protect your data and use it only to provide services to us;
Integrations you enable (for example an online marketplace, accounting, or messaging integration) — data is shared only as needed for the integration you configure;
Legal and safety — where required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Rush Business Suite, our users, or the public; and

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure the Service, and understand usage. Essential cookies are required for the Service to function; other cookies are used for analytics and improvement. We retain personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter as required to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to promptly address any security incident.

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
